Why doesn't Accounts Receivable match between Key Accept and Sync and QuickBooks?

Accounts Receivable between Key Accept and Sync and QuickBooks may not match if a customer has a credit on file inside of QuickBooks. If you have ever issued a Credit, Credit Memo, or Delayed Credit inside of QuickBooks your accounts receivable may not match perfectly.
Key Accept and Sync reflects unpaid invoices and payments that have been submitted but does not reflect Credits.
If you use Key Accept and Sync for your Accounts Receivable exclusively and started from $0 then your Accounts Receivable numbers in both softwares will match.
